09-20-68 Berkeley Community Theatre, Berkeley, Ca. (Fri)
Alligator> Drums*

If not a soundboard or audience recording, has it been officially released? If so, I can't find it on any of the sites, and I would love to get a copy (at least hear it). Information? Help? Thanks.

I checked www.sugarmegs.org and if you have an application that can rip a stream, this show is available from 5pm to 9am East coast time....go here for info

Actually, I think you can rip the stream anytime, but can download the file between restricted hours. I recommend the lossless download.

I'm sorry, but I'm not understanding what this has to do with my questions.

When in doubt, check db.etree.org

You can not download Grateful Dead soundboards from this site, but you can stream them.

That's fine, but how do I even do that? Are we talking about Archive or db.tree? What good does it do to download an MD5? Sorry, but I see the show on the page you linked, but it's of little use beyond reading. Where do I go to listen?

The page at db.etree.org is a reference page for the fileset. If you follow the links there you will find not only a reference checksum list, but a list of many traders who have the show in their collections.

The streaming thing Charlie refers to is just for here, archive.org (if a copy of a GD SBD is here).

Actualy, LMA lists 1/20/68 for what should be 9/20/68, so you can't stream it here. If you want a copy of 9/20/68, I'll B+P it to you. Email me privately at charliemiller87@earthlink.net
